Kids & Company was established in 2002 by Victoria Sopik, a seasoned entrepreneur and mother of eight, alongside Jennifer Nashmi, a Chartered Accountant and mother of three. Their journey began from a personal need for flexible, high-quality childcare options that didn't compromise on care standards. Driven by their own experiences as working mothers of a combined 11 young children, they set out to create a solution that would meet the evolving needs of families. Their mission is to provide top-notch, adaptable childcare services while continuously innovating in the sector.

Each location is equipped with password-protected web cameras for real-time viewing, and the Kindertales mobile app keeps parents updated with notifications, images, and details about their child’s day. The educational approach in their classrooms is emergent and cue-based, encouraging children to lead their learning while being supported by proprietary programs in literacy, artistic expression, and movement.
