Tiny Desk AI is an online tool that lets you put your friends, family or coworkers into the viral “Outstanding” Tiny Desk band video. The clip of a small band squeezed behind an office desk, each musician playing their part while the chorus builds, became one of the most shared music moments online. Many people wanted to see their own group in that scene, but recreating it by hand takes video editing skills, careful timing and a copy of the original sound. Tiny Desk AI removes all of that work.

The process is simple. You upload between one and five photos of the people you want in the band, or a single group photo that shows everyone. The tool detects the faces and places each person on a band member, so the singer, the keyboard player, the guitarist and the rest of the group all look like your crew. The result is a 15-second vertical video that keeps the original sound, ready to share in group chats, on social media or at a party.

Before paying anything, you can generate a free 2-second preview to check that the faces look right and that each person landed in the part you wanted. If you like the preview, full videos start from $9.99. There is no software to install, and it works in a normal web browser on a phone or a computer.

People use Tiny Desk AI for birthdays, farewell messages, office celebrations, band jokes, wedding surprises and fun posts with friends. It is a quick way to turn an ordinary group photo into a short music video that people actually want to watch again.

Tiny Desk AI is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with NPR or the Tiny Desk Concert series. Visit https://tiny-desk-ai.net/ to try the free preview.
